The second session of the 121st General Assembly is rapidly approaching — convening on Tuesday, January 12 — and Speaker Jay Lucas will gavel in the House for his second year.

Speaker Lucas spoke in Greenville on Monday to preview the upcoming legislative session.

 

 

Among the topics he addressed were roads, ethics, and education.
